Where are Make & Mingle parties hosted?
We bring the party to you! Most Make & Mingle events are hosted in the comfort of your home, where we provide all the supplies, setup, and instruction. If you’re planning a larger event and need a venue, we’re happy to help! Reach out to us, and we can recommend or help arrange a local business or event space that’s the perfect fit for your group.
How many people do I need to book a party?
We need a minimum of 4 guests.
How long does a Make & Mingle event last?
Most events last between 2–3 hours, depending on the project selected.
Do I need any crafting experience?
Not at all! Our projects are designed for all skill levels, and we provide step-by-step guidance.
What is included in the cost?
All materials, supplies, project instruction, and setup are included.
Can guests choose different projects?
Yes! Guests can select from our project catalog or discuss custom project options with us.
Can you come to my home or venue?
Yes! We can host Make & Mingle events at homes, businesses, community centers, and other approved venues.
Do I need to provide tables or chairs?
Depending on the venue, tables and chairs may be needed. We’ll discuss setup requirements during booking.
Can I bring food and drinks?
Absolutely! Feel free to bring your favorite snacks, beverages, wine, or refreshments for your guests.
What types of events do you host?
We host birthdays, girls’ nights, date nights, bridal showers, baby showers, team-building events, family gatherings, and more.
Can projects be personalized?
Yes! Many projects can be customized with names, dates, monograms, family sayings, and other personal touches.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and allow time for project preparation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date if rescheduled within our policy guidelines.
Do you offer corporate or team-building events?
Yes! Make & Mingle events are a great way to encourage creativity, teamwork, and employee engagement.
What ages can participate?
We offer projects suitable for children, teens, and adults. Ask us about age-appropriate options for your group.
What if I have an idea for a custom project?
We love custom projects! Send us your idea, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
